Every idea the generator gives you follows these rules, so Instagram will accept it.

How to choose a username that sticks
A good username is one people can find again after seeing it once.
Easy to say, spell and type
Instagram allows up to 30 characters, but the best usernames are much shorter. Someone who hears yours or sees it on a poster should be able to type it from memory. Strings of numbers, doubled letters and odd spellings make that harder, and people who can't find you won't follow you.
Put your niche in it
A word from your niche next to your name, such as “ashbakes” or “fernandash.studio”, tells people what you post before they open your profile. Then write a bio to match with the free Instagram bio generator.
Choose once, keep it

How does the Instagram username generator work?

What characters can an Instagram username have?
Letters, numbers, periods and underscores, up to 30 characters. A username can't start or end with a period or have two periods in a row, and it can't have spaces or other symbols.
How do I know if a username is available?
Press Check next to a username to open it on Instagram. If Instagram says the page isn't available, the name is likely free. The Instagram app tells you for certain when you try to change your username.
My favourite username is taken. What now?
Add more to your description, such as your niche, your town or your initials, and press Regenerate. A small change, like adding a word from your niche, often finds a free version of the name you want.
Can I change my Instagram username later?
Yes. Your followers and posts stay. But links, tags and printed QR codes that use your old username stop working, so it's best to choose one you can keep.
