Questions, answered

Can I schedule YouTube Shorts?

Yes. YouTube decides from the file: upright or square and 3 minutes or under becomes a Short. There's no switch for it in YouTube or in Posttyy, but Posttyy tells you which one you'll get before it posts.

Can I schedule YouTube videos from my computer?

Yes. Posttyy runs in your browser, so you can add, schedule and publish YouTube videos from any computer. Posttyy does the upload at the time you set.

Is it safe to connect YouTube to Posttyy?

Yes. Posttyy uploads through YouTube's official API, and Google has verified Posttyy's access. It connects through Google's own sign-in and never asks for your password.

How long can my videos be?

That's set by your channel, not Posttyy: 15 minutes until you verify a phone number with YouTube, 12 hours after. Each file can be up to 512 MB.

Can I upload a video as private or unlisted?

Posttyy publishes videos as public. You can change a video to unlisted or private in YouTube Studio afterwards.

Why didn't my custom thumbnail show?

YouTube only takes a custom thumbnail from a channel with a verified phone number, and on a Short only from channels in the Partner Programme. If it refuses yours, the video still publishes and YouTube picks a frame.

Can I connect more than one YouTube channel?

Yes. Each channel counts as one connected account. Starter connects 2, Growth connects 10, and Pro has no limit. To add a second one, switch to it on youtube.com and connect again.
