Short for "commenting for better reach": a comment left on a LinkedIn post to push it to more people's feeds.
LinkedIn shows a post to the commenter's network too, so friends and colleagues sometimes comment "CFBR" on a job search or an appeal to spread it further.
It works a little, but a real comment works better: LinkedIn weighs meaningful comments above short ones, and a sentence of genuine support reads better to the person you're helping.
