Engagement bait
Posts that ask for likes, comments, shares or tags purely to boost engagement, such as "comment YES if you agree".
"Like if you…", "tag three friends" and "share to win" without a real reason all ask for interactions that don't mean much. Networks try to tell those apart from genuine interest, so engagement bait tends to win the numbers and lose the audience.
Asking a real question is different. "Which finish do you prefer, oil or wax?" invites a genuine answer and isn't treated as bait.
