Also called: Behind the scenes
Short for "behind the scenes": content that shows how something is made or what happens away from the finished product.
BTS posts show the workshop, the office, the first drafts and the mistakes. They make a brand feel human and give followers a reason to care about the finished thing.
Behind-the-scenes content is also cheap to make: it's what's already happening. A photo of today's work, a 15-second clip of a process or a Story from an event all count.

A furniture maker posting a time-lapse of a table being oiled, the day before the finished piece is revealed.
