Follower
Someone who has chosen to see an account's posts, usually in their feed, by following it.
Followers are an account's standing audience. On most networks following is one-way: you can follow someone without them following back. Facebook profiles and LinkedIn also have two-way connections, called friends and connections.
Follower count is the most visible number on a profile, but not the most useful. How many of those followers see and engage with posts matters far more than the total.
